Lonsdale Building Temporarily Evacuated
posted 29th JanThe Lonsdale Building has been temporarily evacuated following a fire in an Organic Chemistry lab. The fire is believed to be under control and no one remains in the building.
The fire may have been caused by an electrical fault with a fire hood. although no official confirmation has been made yet. Limerick Fire Service are attending the fire and the situation should be resolved quickly. Students are asked to avoid the building for the time being.
